MISSION STATEMENT
Pastor Gales
and God's Living Word Church are committed co-laborers in the "Great Commission" to go ye therefore into all the world
and preach the gospel to every creature (Mark 16:15). We will spread the "Good News" that there is a Savior (The Lord
Jesus Christ) for "lost humanity." We will go into the hedges and highways and compel them to come into our Father's
house that it may be filled. We will be that "beacon of light" to a dying world.
The Lord has equipped us by His Spirit for the "perfecting
of the Saints, for the work of the ministry, for edification of the body of Christ." We will feed the hungry, clothe
the naked, shelter the homeless and heal the sick. We will seek to encourage, comfort, and redeem the lost to the glorification
of our God, the Lord Jesus Christ.
We will establish worldwide fellowship through outreach
missions, training disciples of all nationalities and languages in Christian knowledge, for effective service. The family
of God's Living Word Church believes that the purpose of the church's existence is to meet the spiritual, emotional and
social needs of people. We are a caring body of believers that is oriented with a global vision. The central core
of the church is its heartbeat for missions and its priority upon people. The ministry's philosophy incorporates a blend
of genuine heart felt worship, sound biblical instruction, individual and corporate fellowship accompanied by personal evangelism.
It's just not another church, but it's where God's Word and
His Love meet and believers in Christ are "Born Again."
We are the Church in the heart of the city
with the people of the city in our hearts. We are the Church on the move, where everybody is somebody and Jesus
is Lord. We are the Church chosen by God for the blessings of multitudes.
